The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, October 13 reveals Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will be trapped in her cottage with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth).
Also coming up, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will catch up with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Plus, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will get bad news. And Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will tell Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) the truth.
Y&R spoilers tease Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will ask Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) what exactly he’ll be doing at Arabesque. “How about co-CEO?” she’ll say. Then Christine Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) and Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will walk in. “Why don’t you join us?” Phyllis will say. “I’ll get some extra chairs.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Phyllis Tells Lauren Daniel Will Be Working With Them
She’ll tell them she now owns the Athletic Club too. “And I have a new hire, Daniel Romalotti Jr., he will be my co-CEO.” Christine’s mouth will drop and Danny will ask if it’s true. “I really did not want you to find out like this,” Daniel will say. Then Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E Bregman) will show up, saying she couldn’t handle another minute on that boat, and Phyllis will walk off with her.
Danny will ask his son if this is really what he wants to do. Daniel will say he and Phyllis have made some headway. “I’m trying to use this as an opportunity to rebuild our relationship.” Plus, he wants to keep her centered. Danny will tell him it’s not easy to reign in Phyllis. But he’ll say he’s happy for him.
As for Phyllis, she’ll tell Lauren she wants to rename to company to SFR, Summers, Fenmore & Romalotti. Then she’ll say Daniel has finally agreed to come work with her. Lauren will be happy for her but she’ll also say they should keep the name as Arabesque.
Meanwhile, Nick will walk into the ranch and Victor will say he and his mother were concerned, since they hadn’t heard from her. They’ll talk about the car crash and Nick will wonder if Matt and Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) are heading back to Genoa City.
They’ll talk about Matt’s supposed redemption. “Blow to the head, make that kind of change,” Victor will say. “Do you think it’ll last?” Nick will say he’s always had his doubts and now that he’s off the grid they need to stay on high alert.
At the park cafe, Lily will talk to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) about her inconclusive test results. He’ll remind her she went through it before and she can do it again if she has to. “This actually feels worse than the first time,” Lily will admit. Nate will ask if she’s told Cane yet and she’ll say she hasn’t.

However, Lily doesn’t want to ruin their relationship. “I don’t want our lives to change.” But Nate will say he really believes she’s going to be fine. If something does happen, he’ll have Winters covered. “If cancer does rear it’s ugly head again, I feel sorry for it,” he’ll add. “Because you’re gonna kick its ass.”
At Society, Billy will get a call from Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). “What’s wrong?” he’ll ask. After he hangs up, he’ll be emotional. Cane will show up and Billy will say Snapper wants to run some new tests. “She’s not gonna make it to the wedding.” He’ll remind Cane he didn’t want Jill at the wedding but now he’s worried she’ll never make it back to town.
Then Lily will show up, they’ll chat for a bit and Billy will leave. Lily will tell Cane she doesn’t want to push him away, she’s just scared of how much she needs him right now. “My cancer may have come back,” she’ll admit. They’ll embrace and he’ll say they can handle this. They went through it before, but he has some rules.
“If you have a negative thought, you have to tell me,” Cane will say. “Whatever you’re feeling, it’s all valid and I really want you to share it with me.” Lily will say it feels like a weight has been lifted. “I have another rule, whatever happens, we go through it together,” Cane will say. “I love you so much.”
Finally, Matt will stand on the patio at Crimson Lights and watch Sharon at the counter. She’ll leave the coffee shop and he’ll follow. Sharon will arrive at home and get a call from her kids. As she walks around the living room, Matt will stare at her through the window.
He’ll walk inside when she goes upstairs. But when she comes back down, Matt will hide and watch her. A little later, Sharon will hear a noise and look outside. Then she’ll see Matt standing in her living room and she’ll gasp in terror. “Hello Sharon,” he’ll say.
